Where the FUCK can I host an email server?

Alright, I'm fed up. I need a VPS provider who will let me host my own email server, i.e. open port 25. I have been an AWS customer for 2.5 years and spend $150-200/month on infrastructure, and they refused to open port 25. I asked on Reddit and they gave me some recommendations. I contacted all their sales departments and they either ghosted me or told me I have to be a customer for several months before they MIGHT consider it. FUCK. I've searched all over and everyone just recommends the usual shit (Linode, Vultr, Hertzger) and says they will open it if you ask nicely. Well, THEY DON'T.

Anyone know any obscure VPS providers literally anywhere that will open port 25? Idc if their IP blocks are on everyone's shitlist and everything goes to spam, I'll take anything at this point.

With the weekly windows 10 updates, I've had to have my OS reinstalled TWICE due to compatibility issues. Now, $200 geek squad dollars later, I've eliminated that mess but I get this pop-up scam, when I take the computer out of sleep mode, that has a window that won't close and audio of some limey twunt telling me that my computer's been infected by a virus from a malicious porn site and that I need to call the number on the screen because all of my personal info including Passwords for banking, social media sites, credit cards, etc... etc... have been compromised.

Most asshats would shit themselves hearing this blaring from their computer speakers, as the very official looking screen blinks an 1-888 number and implores you to call it to work with their "windows professionals" to eliminate this infection.

If this happens to you, do the following:

Hold Control, alt, delete simultaneously.

Choose "task manager" from the resulting menu, and close your browser.

It disappears. I'm not sure if it'll happen again, but for Christ's sake... DON'T call the number and play ball with these mongrel terrorists. The only infection your computer has is some fucker slipped in that pop up in the form of a familiar email with a link you (and I) mistakenly clicked.

Go to "remove program" in your control panel and look for one of these. Delete it, problem solved. THANKS FOR YOUR USELESS SECURITY UPDATES WINDOWS 10!!!!!!

Hope that helped.

Unless shit has changed my understanding is that you could use a digital ocean droplet to setup an SMTP server, but nothing you send from it will get through spam filters anyway. Pajeet's already been there and done that to get old people to do the needful.

You can try this shit maybe

It's blocked, but thank you. I have the SMTP server already set up, just need a provider who doesn't block port 25.

Yeah unfortunately it's one of those things these cocksuckers took control over from the old internet. I would say practically speaking even if you manage to get a server running they'll blacklist all your emails. You're pissing against the wind here imo.

I know I probably am, I just want to try it even if they all land in spam. Otherwise I need a pay-as-you-go service that has a CLI and doesn't charge per-domain which I can't find anywhere either.

Does your ISP block port 25? Try and set up a server from your home or tether from your cellphone? (no idea if these ideas would work but just throwing them out there)

It's so easy to do yourself. You just need to encrypt the mail server protocol with a layer 4 level hardware firewall on an IPV6 subnet using the command line module to forward the packet headers through the ASCII socket to port 25 then make sure you get tickets to see Rich Vos at Uncle Vinnie's Comedy Club in Point Pleasant, New Jersey on March 17th and 18th.
