Let’s assume he started binge drinking multiple times a week in 2019, a year after he began to tangle with the subreddit. That’s four years of damage on his heart and liver and he’s obviously gained at least thirty or so pounds at minimum. Being in his forties as well doesn’t help. Id say a stoke would be the first large health scare he has. He starts his day arguing with people and is always looking for a reason to lash out at someone. He was having health conditions that you usually wouldnt see until someone is at least 40. High enough BP in his 20s to require medication for the last 20 years, kidney stones. Something has got to give.

The body can really take a lot. I drank daily for years but sobered up and my blood work is and has been good since. His sedentary lifestyle is what's going to get him. You can't be a drunk and a nigger layabout.
