No. The clock code was for Marlo and his crew to set up meetings for anything. Sometimes the meetings were for drugs, other times for murders, other times for just other business. It was the same as the phone code in the first season. Sometimes they would page each other over drugs, sometimes over murders, and sometimes over other business.
