Pat's subpoena got quashed and he must Pay Quasi $23,739.25 plus 10% interest anually
The Wisconsin matter is still technically alive but there is a hearing next next Thursday I'm which (if they even show up) Pat's lawyers will explain to the judge that they have identified nobody after a full year. It is unlikely that the lawsuit will proceed further since we have revealed that the SFWA is funding the lolsuit, something they wanted to keep secret. Also the person who approved the funding of the lolsuit is no longer in charge there.
