Most restaurants, resorts, entertainment etc. in Latin countries are based off white tourism. The real areas are incredibly dangerous and the tourists get robbed. Not sure how bad Costa Rica is but I’d imagine it’s similar. In Mexico if you leave the resort there are armed guards and barricades to protect against the cartels. Knowing pig is a fat rube he probably went to the least authentic place he could. IE eating fucking Mexican food while you’re in Costa Rica. Which is actually pretty fucking racist.
