As to why he hasn’t put out more crap recently hopefully it’s because he’s sleeping with the fishes as someone else mentioned. But it’s a little known fact that Doug used to be funny like 15-20 years ago when he did movie reviews for bobanddavid.com that were hilarious, and then he had a short-lived REALLY funny podcast in 2006 on handheldcomedy.com back when podcasts were a new thing (think Bob Kelly and Colin Quinn era). It was called “I Love Movies!” and at first it was just Doug, the audience at the UCB theatre, and ONE guest. I stress ONE guest because as soon as he started having on more guests at a time for every show it got REALLY gay and unfunny quick. Picture YKWD but with movie games.
