The more hoops you have to jump through to even apply, the better your odds are. LinkedIn easy apply, Indeed click-once, etc. are all a crapshoot because 100s or 1000s of other people will spam applications. The best ones are company listings where you have to apply directly on their site. Make a list of companies you'd want to work for, and scan through their careers or hiring pages on their actual sites, you can find job listings that aren't always on the big boards. Good positions often get filled on their company site before they even find it necessary to put it on indeed or linkedin.

Otherwise, start connecting with recruiters at the companies you're interested in, and (ofc) the best is if you can get a personal referral.
