Is Ukraine recognised as a democracy? I keep hearing 'flawed democratic state' on my radio but no clue what that means.
I understand different countries can have different definitions of democracy (different voting systems, freedom of speech etc). But I don't think Ukraine has what Americans would qualify as a democracy. I'll hang up and listen to myself being humiliated.
