The best part was way back I asked him why 250 not 245 as the plates would make possible. I was expecting he'd claim the collars he responded like he never actually used free weights.
There is no way on earth he can do 250 even once. Id be generous and say he could maybe bench 40kg... Maybe...
At my absolute strongest, using Parabolan 78mg and Test C100mg , I could cleanly bench 130kg, including the 20kg Olympic bar. 5 proper, clean presses.
Now I can still do 80-90 kg easy and clean. 110 on good days. In prison we only had machines and I managed to get a hold of the Insanity workout dvds. So in irish prison its like you are let out 9:15-12, then 2:15-4pm then 5:30 til 7:30m the only time we had gym was 5:30...
IF a screw was there to supervise.
So like I'll always say, working out saved my life. I get my buzz from lifting or cardio instead of injecting smack and crack.
So for my lunchtime at 12-2pm I would do the Insanity workout, then eat loads of canned tuna and use machines in evening gym.
started doing all different kinds of pushups.diamond, wide, etc, I filled 5litre jugs with porridge oats used a torn up tshirt for handles and curled them...put 4 of em in a standard plastic property tub and 'benched' them...
when I got out and started using free weights I was all over the place!
I had no experience with it. I was used to the machine and I'd no muscle memory. Learning to properly place your hands, balance the weights and push with your breath is an acquired skill.
When I started using dumbbells on the bench I was a mess too. Took a long time with low weight to get the clean, smooth arc.
Thanks to the prison system I got to do a personal training course that is completely legit and valid too.
Theres a LOT of Fatricks bullshit and lies that irks me because I know it's totally false. His fitness and strength and bragging about the gym is one of them.
I had a client once who prepaid his whole 12 weeks and was 38,never exercised in his life, drank a lot of beer and smoked. Wanted to be 'Brad Pitt in fight club' in that time.
Would come in in the most expensive trainers and kit, off his face on pre workout and would always want to do more reps or go heavier...
Despite my advice and nutrition plan he just thought he knew better. Always on his phone taking selfies in gym. Kept drinking etc. Got pissy with me about week 7/8 because he wasn't totally shredded.
Week 10 he 'fires' me because I don't know what I'm doing apparently. Week later he rings me terrified because he's pissing brown and threw his back badly out... Fatrick reminds me so much of this guy.
There's no way, with that fat body and zero development in his shoulders or chest and those weird skinny yet flabby arms he can do 10 proper pushups even.
