He did. He had a bunch of women including a bunch of teenagers. This one was like the "boss" woman who also knew how to manage some money and had a US passport. Because she was born in the US she could travel internationally freely for her husband and his drug empire which was a huge asset. The DEA used to spy on her plastic surgeons. And she hired a major Los Angeles PR firm to try to soften her and El Chapo's image and make them famous (which failed of course). El Chapo also used to contact actresses and movie producers to try to become a film star and more famous as well.
