It watched pretty good. Politics is more about outmaneuvering people than about being good at your actual job. Granted, the Soviet council of ministers was more like a mafia than a regular government, but in spirit it applies to every governing body.

One of my favorite movies. Best film of the last decade. It’s British satire turned on another country’s history and politics.

After I’m Alan Partridge the funniest British comedy from the last 25 years. It’s so subtle with it’s performances. The scripts are so tight and the dialogue feels so natural and real. Hilarious and endlessly rewatchable .

I enjoyed Veep too which I think has the same writer. In the Thick of it is great but I feel like I miss out on some of the references.

And this is why I'm watch Capaldi in anything.

Plus he recently took the piss out of the BBC when asked about coming back to Doctor Who - and rightfully so. Best actor ever in the role and was never given enough good material to work with.
