I think Keith was skimming a lot of money off old Nana via Compound. Subscriptions likely dried up and dropped off over time and once he got what he needed he left. He’s in South Carolina in Hilton Head (pricey area) according to Nana. So with Nana’s bag he was able to do what Nana won’t be able to do; get out of NY.
