I realised now that, judging by the title alone, one might think this was intended as a joke, but it isn't, I must have tried to watch this video at least four times, fell asleep every time. It's the dude's voice and cadence, I can only describe it as a sort of Uncle Paul on Lithium, after a well deserved court ordered rehab, he found a gig narrating fringe conspiracy documentaries, reading the script with his elbows on the desk, head slightly tilted down, the only observable movements are when he has to scratch his ankle and reposition the tracker.
