So I finished Yakuza 3. Pretty good but I disliked how much blocking the enemies do and how some fights are just long cheese fests of dashing in getting off 2 hits then dashing out and waiting for their useless combo.

Quite enjoyed the story but honestly it was pretty depressing, they killed off too many characters including a few new ones I thought were pretty good. Guess I’ll finish off any remaining sub stories and then move on to 4.

4 and 5 have much better combat, but the stories just get more and more retarded.

The business mode in Like a Dragon is unexpectedly addicting. Leveling up your employees and figuring out the correct placement to maximize profits is addicting, if only real business worked like that.

My niece got a switch and my nephew a PS5 this Christmas. Seeing the excitement for them made me remember how it felt as a kid but I absolutely don't have that feeling anymore whatsoever. It kinda depressed me.

I miss community servers so much. The young kids will never have any idea how good it used to be.

Technically, you can pop in a server and leave if the bots are there, and eventually find a good one. It's sometimes such a pain in the ass you quit before even getting in game. It's in a much better state than it was the past few years, though.

I was so annoyed to learn that I missed out on an entire character because I skipped that till closer to the end of the game. I cant wait for the next Yakuza RPG, going to play the tits off it, and probably cry like a little bitch throughout the game.
