My stepmom worked for the MTO and they have a huge list of words that you're not allowed to get. I assume cum is on there.

I also don't think you need a license to own and plate a car. I remember my morbidly obese great aunt didn't drive but she owned a roadworthy car so people didn't have to drive their own vehicles to take her shopping or to doctor's appointments, which I always thought was pretty considerate.

I think you should buy a car and a vanity plate. I think that would be a good use of your money.
