Your time is running out:

Bellamy, 32, got a $1.2 million loan from the Paycheck Protection Program for his company, some of which he spent on himself, including on jewelry and at a casino. He also referred other people to the scheme, court documents state.

Sound familiar, Pat? Let me help you:

Tomlinson, 41, got an $11,000 loan from the Paycheck Protection Program for his company, all of which he spent on himself, including a big screen TV, a home gym, two refrigerators, baseball tickets, paying off his faggy motorcycle early, a shitty $300 used bar, and trips to Denver and Costa Rica. He also referred other people, whom he called "fellow creatives", to the scheme on Twitter, as well as assisting in securing a similar, larger loan for his wife, court documents state. He's also fat.

Unfortunately, I think it is harder to argue that Pat committed PPP fraud, since he is paying himself as a sole proprietor. This fucking retard football player took out an enormous loan for a bunch of employees that probably didn't even exist and then spent the money himself.

Even though Pat's "work" was obviously unaffected by the pandemic (if anything, book sales went up because of it, not that it would matter since Pat is only pretending to be an author), there were no rules specifying which kind of jobs qualify for PPP.

The fact that he spent the money on frivolous shit also doesn't matter, since he can argue that he would've bought that stuff using the money that he would've made if his income had not been affected by the pandemic. It's obviously bullshit, but Pat didn't make it as obvious as Latardius Jenkins III did with his obviously bogus application.

I think the best case for PPP fraud is against Niki with her 6 employees. Her website only lists 4. If employees 5 and 6 are herself and Pat, then that's probably breaking the rules, since owners of LLCs cannot count themselves, and Pat double dipped with his own loan as a sole proprietor.

>He was sentenced Friday to 37 months in prison and will have to repay the $1,246,565, the Justice Department said in a statement.

Imagine Fatrick having to pay a whopping 32k or whatever, 25k is already an absurd amount to him. Might as well be a million

I don't know how accurate this random law firm's website is, but they say this:

PPP Loan Used for Legitimate Purposes – Every individual who signed a PPP loan application was required to certify that the funds would be used for “business-related” purposes under the PPP loan requirements. The federal government will be very interested to prosecute individuals who use PPP loan proceeds to buy expensive items such as cars, vacations, and jewelry.

I think it would be worth the fraud investigators checking in on dear old Patrick, especially considering that he bought his big screen TV mere days after copping his PPP loan.

Received his loan on May 1, 2020, posted this on Twitter about his new 65" Crystal UHD Samsung TV on May 9, 2020:

It's also suspicious that Pat put that his "business" is a "New Business" or under two years old. He's been a "professional author" since 2016 and quit his insurance job in 2010, so what new business venture is this?

They're doing the big ones right now, but the smaller ones like Patricks won't slip by them. They're just getting the bigger ones out of the way first. Quietly they are keeping track of all of that money, and they know who did what with it.
Quietly is the key.

I hope he gets popped over this. Pretty frustrating, especially when you never took assistance outside of the stimulus checks. Lots of people that needed the money never got it. The ones that did get fat checks just went and bought a bunch of extra stuff they didn't need or went on vacation. None of that money improved either of their business. Just funded their habits.
