Threats of physical violence

I find it amusing that I was listed on Piggle Tits' "Subpoena Form" (lol) for "threats of physical violence".

This emanates from 2 Christmases ago, where my wife and I considered going to Milwaukee. I mentioned that I had talked my wife into wearing a MAGA hat and going to Hooligans, primarily because I knew that Pat Ass wouldn't do anything but mumble to himself while looking down, then creating an elaborate revenge fantasy on Twitter.

If he DID try anything, I pointed out that my wife had a CHL (which, coincidentally, is 2 letters away from "child"), and was prepared for self defense.

In Pat's alcohol and porn addled brain, this constituted a "threat of physical violence". Contrast this with his recent claim that Niki would shoot any one of us dead - somehow, to this big breastfed closeted case, this was different, and didn't constitute a "threat of physical violence".

It seems that when it comes to portions and standards, it's always double with our boy Pat, the perennial loser.

Oopsie doodles - I actually read through his evidence file. My "threat of physical violence" was proceeded by the very important qualifiers, "I fantasize about".

You see, you large breasted, mentally handicapped, sexually confused burden on society? "Fantasize". Operative term here. An obviously stated fantasy can't be construed as a threat.

But I wouldn't expect someone of your diminished intellect to know that.
