Recently on the local news they were filming people at gas stations filling up while high prices records are being broken every day. They all said it was really hurting them, can barely afford anything anymore, it’s getting worse etc but all ended it with it’s ok because they are helping Ukraine (how?) so they feel good about it. Yeah I’m considered a millennial (born 1985) and we’re called the biggest pussies and they didn’t even cancel classes the day 9/11 happened and nobody used it as an excuse to not be able to function. I was 15 when it happened and graduated high school while US troops were going to war and we never had “counseling” or safe spaces related to it while in school. Mind you I went to High School in PA not that far from where one the planes actually crashed! We just went on with our school lessons.
