I was talking to a buddy just now on the phone, & he's a real negative n-n-nancy. I was trying to make him stop focusing on all the negatives, he was basically making a list like you (albeit irl stuff), most of it didn't matter & wouldnt affect him - but he was noticing/listing & getting stressed about it... why bother?
I rarely even reply to peoples' personal critiques on here, & even if I do then I move right along.

TLDR: you need to cheer-up buddy
