Either way, He’s demanding they set up an ad hoc process to check their emails or a notes/comments field in their system before they respond to a 911 call about him.
As someone who works, I would say that the average employee “reads” 50% of the emails they receive and only 5% of them remember what it said an hour later, myself included.
He is so disconnected from the real world that he thinks they’re going to establish an ad hoc process to do a bunch of extra checks for an emergency response job where they have to react and take action immediately.
Seems a bit far fetched doesn’t it?
