I'm not a big fan of either. The funniest thing I've seen him do was "accidentally" dump water all over an interviewer's laptop. I tried to find the video of it but I can't. It used to be all over r/cringe.

The trial is good and if you dug it check out the “on cinema at the cinema” show he does, it’s like a satire of review shows and pretty damn funny, no political or woke shit in it

On Cinema is one of the funniest things ever. Only thing I'd put ahead of it is Eastbound and Down(which Tim was on.) Tim is an asshole but he's kinda like Sam Hyde in that sense. You don't have to like him or agree with his views to like some of the work he's done. I fucking hated Tom Goes to Mayor and a lot of the Tim and Eric shit but On Cinema is nothing like either of them. If you've ever watched the original run of Trailer Park Boys and love how each season devolves into an insane horror show, On Cinema is very similar in that sense.

I'd put Oscar specials against any comedy that's come out in the last 15 years. That's not saying much, but they are worth watching.
Heidecker was a huge Stern sycophant... He adopted that shtick of humiliating legitimate retards on TV.
The bit survives in this Trial, they hire awful actors to play lawyers/judges/extras/etc... Their rookie acting mistakes just make it better, more surreal.
Even though its staged it's hilarious, and pulled off incredibly well. If you took Lady Di Internship / O&A Super Shows and did actual show prep for them, you get On Cinema.
Then again, Heidecker hired colossal jew faggot Vic Berger, so maybe I'm being too soft on him.
