I hated living in the city after 5 years. I like it more that I’m back across the Lake and only go to do fun things like Saints, Pelicans and Tulane games and maybe go to the Quarter a few times a year. Lol. Wouldn’t live back in the city though. I’m way happier living back in St Tammany Parish.

That’s cuz you’re going to the wrong place to eat your Beignets. Can’t blame you. Café du Mond is the famous one. Best place for Beignets and a good Muffaletta too is Morning Call at Central Park. That’s where the locals go. We’ve left Café du Mond to the tourists and bums.

Homeless in New Orleans is a good proposition. Fairly warm weather, lots of tourists of to con, booze is abundant. They usually leave in the winter when it’s cooler here. Much easier to go to the Quarter to watch big games in winter. A lot of them are seemingly saying they’re headed to San Francisco, since we don’t allow street shitting in Nawlins.
