The US Office is one of the unfunniest shows to ever exist. Talk to the average 20-30 year old and they’ll tell you it’s the funniest fucking show ever. Dating apps filled with “Be the Jim to my Pam” or talking about watching the Office as a first date. Everyone thinks sarcasm is the pinnacle of humor. It’s no shock the Australian one is awful. Oh and fuck faggot atheist Ricky Gervais.

The Gervais one was good because it stepped back and forth across the line between believability and farce. It was cringe comedy at its finest because it felt somewhat grounded.
The US version leaned way too much into the wackiness and half the cast are fucking cartoon characters at which the straight men roll their eyes towards the camera. It stinks.
