I had a black kid take 8 hours to do a 2 hour job once. It was his second day. I told him the way he was doing the job wasn't right, and it wasn't going to work. He said he "had his own methods". I said "you need to do what you're told." He said "you're oppressing my creativity" and left. Worked 2 days.

Emailed next morning to ask how to go about getting unemployment. Way to justify every stereotype.

My experience with black coworkers is very limited, as we have very few blacks here in Orange County. As a matter of fact, the company I’m with now has zero black employees despite being pretty sizable. That said, every single black coworker I’ve ever had has ALWAYS dropped off quickly from either being fired for stealing (time theft included) or just ‘no call no show’. They never last.

I used to work on solar farms and there was some mulatto kid who worked half a day doing the easiest monkey job (picking up garbage) and made a huge scene screaming at the big boss at lunch demanding a raise. Everyone laughed at him hard. Like pointing and laughing. The boss was like "Get the fuck outta here. You're fired."

I'm thankful to work with blacks who just work. One is from Haiti and has zero social skills so I appreciate him the most.

One of the others will talk try to talk COD with me and always says I should squad up with him even though I told him I really dislike COD games.

was his job title "helper"...I did one of those gigs for a renovation company...scurrying about picking up debris, gutter-gunk, broken shingles and rooftiles dropped from above. I too didnt last.

His title would have been general labourer. No matter what you were doing out there you got covered/stuck in mud. He was pissed off that he got dirty while everyone else was coated in the same mud except everyone else has to do an actual hard job in it and get paid the same as the dink who wanted a raise for walking around with a garbage bag.
