Let's be honest - The judges have been pretty awful in every legal proceeding he's initiated.

Judge Ashley was beyond dumb and was confounded at every part of the process he oversaw. He didn't understand what he was dealing with right from the start, deferred to other judges and honestly didn't learn a thing at any part of the year he resided over the case. He just looked confused the entire time it was going on.

The California judge that ultimately dismissed his case was pretty clueless too. He just took the word of El Tigre and didn't really try to understand much beyond what he was told.

Then there's this latest trial. I hate to sound like I'm defending Patty but I get why he was annoyed. Why would you assume you had to bring witnesses and text printouts for a matter like a restraining order unless you'd been specifically told? It's not a criminal trial and I assume actual stalking victims wouldn't know that either but it must happen all the time. "Sorry, it's your word against theirs. Where are your witnesses?"

I hope this doesn't sound like a defense of pig because it isn't. I'm so glad all this is happening to him and he's brought it all on himself. But if this whole saga has taught me anything, it's that I'd never want to end up in court in the states. I'd also never want to be fat, like Mr Patrick S Tomlinson is, by each and every medical standard.

Fat.

Judge Fudge had no clue. The Cali judge was pretty with it, though. Rick really has no case. No one here has done anything substantial enough to warrant any action. What? Reviews? You can’t quantify that in anyway. Amy Schumer should sue us then too. Harassment? He texts back every single time. Same with tweets. What could he possibly win with? He has literally nothing. Andrew was the closest he got and he still threatened Andrew. There’s no recourse. He still threatens SE to this day, and that guys just a wobbly eyed, junkie vape thief. He ain’t hurtin nobody. The onus is not on the judges, it’s on Rick. Which he fails at, like everything.

Court is the last sTand of Patrick's hysterical tattletale crybully faggotry.

These judges have presided over grave matters and are rightly perplexed and dismissive of this bloated toddler's perjurious oinkings.

Ironically, Patrick’s LOLsuit is now official case law that upholds an internet troll’s right to parody public figures online and maintain anonymity. He’s strengthened the First Amendment.

It’s like Krinsky 2.0, child.

Part of why the judges are confused is because Patrick’s entire basis for his legal actions are based on his warped sense of reality.

“Since he talks with the stlakers he is conspiring with them, since he is conspiring he is in a criminal conspiracy with them. Since he’s in a criminal conspiracy with them, he is responsible for the crimes they have committed. That means he is responsible for unproven delusional alleged crimes committed by people we have zero evidence of being connected to him, now give me his identity”

“While conversing with him I intermittently told him it was a crime to talk to me. Therefore he knew he was committing a crime by answering my text messages and is guilty of felony phone harassment.”

“Yes I threatened him, but it was after he threatened me so therefore I didn’t threaten him”

Paul R Nelson and Dan summed it up. These are two grown men who were semi-flirting by text and one-upping each other to the point that Andrew shifted his girthy unit to the left of his pants for comfort, got in his car and drove 5 hours to Milwaukee. The whole thing was ridiculous and hilarious. That commissioner guy has probably overseen a few restraining order requests. All but this one certainly involved a woman as the petitioner and a violent or crazy man on the other end of it. This was just 2 assholes shitting on each other. You can also hear the commissioner become progressively more and more disdainful of Fat as it goes on, starting with the pregnant pause after Cunty Tomlinson's "I don't close out bars because I'm not 25" faggoty line.

Going to have to disagree with you here, brotherman. If you're going to file a restraining order against someone, you contact a lawyer. They will know what to do with the hearing and have you prepared. That's why you're paying them. They have experience and expertise in ROs. I know they're not required, but if you're going to be appearing in court, wouldn't it be a good idea to at least contact a lawyer? Pat clearly did five minutes of Googling and then showed up unprepared and confused.

Pat totally dropped the ball by not consulting with a lawyer. I mean, Andrew would have had zero idea Pat even filed for the TRO if Pat hadn't been blabbing online about it. Andrew was served just before the hearing. A lawyer would have worked that out beforehand. No judge is going to agree to the RO based on Pat's second-hand hearsay, especially if Andrew has not even been informed of it.

You gotta remember, these judges have zero context into the Patverse, and they have nobody to explain to them what's really going on here. Pat pushes a false victim narrative that comes off as transparent under any scrutiny, and it's hard to put into legal documents that he's a fat faggot and his boorish life is a hilarious soap opera. It's more of a story you tell over a beer than in a courtroom.

"how was work today?"

"1st docket we had to deal with a rescued sex trafficked women and granting a restraining order on one of her slavers, who recently escaped prison and is on the lam and left her several text messages saying he will slit her throat...Next was this bizarre internet personality"

Had Pat prepared, not joked about and correctly served Andrew in a timely and respectable manner there's a chance the RO could have been granted as a precaution. Judge made the correct call given the very disrespectful nature of the plaintiff. Cali has a precident which was not met, judge fudge gave months of extensions to bring a case to him he could rule on and Pat's legal team failed. The system works.

Regarding the restraining order, Pat should have researched what is required of him and should have known why he's forcing another person to attend a court session that day before incurring the cost of the filing fee. He could have easily gone to some sort of local victim advocacy group and asked on behalf of some unnamed woman.

Strongly disagree. The judges prevented him from abusing the legal system to harm others. What we do to him is clearly wrong. I have no right to call his wife a nigger and such. But his lawsuit was an amoral farce from the start. Also, it basically failed because Brinto put the subpoena to broadly. Fuck that guy.

Judge Fudge deals with cases involving rape, murder, and Christ knows what every day. If the plaintiff's lawyers tells him to hang back until they're brutally fucked up their California cases - which they did - I say more power to him.

Plus - if I'm being honest - judges don't really have to know the law that well. The two opposing sides are supposed to cite precedents and legislation that support their individual cases, and then the judge reads all of those and makes a decision. If he misses something, or doesn't understand something - that's on your lawyer. Pat's Wisconsin case just never got to the point the judge had to read anything.

The California judge that ultimately dismissed his case was pretty clueless too. He just took the word of El Tigre and didn't really try to understand much beyond what he was told.
Fuck off. For starters, there were two judges, not one. The pro tem judge got up to speed quickly enough, and wrote an excellent judgement. The only thing he was confused about was the horseshit coming out of Pat's accountant's mouth; and that's not on His Honor, that's on Halkias Esq.

The second judge agreed with with the first, and even took time out of his busy day to explain what the 1st Amendment was to Pat's stupid accountant. He also warned him every single time he forgot which side he was on and started arguing Quasi's case by accident, rather than throwing him out of court and launching disciplinary proceedings. As a plaintiff you could not ask for better judicial customer service than that.

Then there's this latest trial. I hate to sound like I'm defending Patty but I get why he was annoyed. Why would you assume you had to bring witnesses and text printouts for a matter like a restraining order unless you'd been specifically told?
Because Pat's studied Civics at university (as he loves telling people) and should know the difference between the various branches of government, and should know that the judiciary and the police are different organisations. Also, Pat's constantly being asked on twitter for evidence to back up his stupid opinions; he should anticipate that would happen in court, too.

As it was, Mama Raven's Special Boy wobbled into court expecting he could just order the judge to do whatever he wanted, and topped it off being both snotty and passive aggressive ("I THOUGHT YOU'D LISTEN TO ME!!!"). He was just lucky BDA didn't hire a lawyer, or Pat would have spent the last month and a half being Andrew's butler.
