I bought a CoD and it was just a few tiny maps, boring as fuck. I've watched Ant play the recent one and it looks just as shit.
They all look the same, too.

I fucking love shooters like Hotline Miami 2 was sweet, and GTA V is fun af, but CoD is GAY.

The multiplayer of older call of duty games were pretty fun. I used to play a lot of Black Ops 1 and MW2. Nowadays COD is utter shit. The only COD I enjoyed in recent years is Black Ops Cold War, but that was mainly due the campaign.

COD campaigns are almost always good, the multi-player can be but that half of the gameplay in the series has been destroyed by modern game industry stuff to suck more money out of players.

Medal of Honor was awesome. Its just online paintball. Ive grown out of those kind of games but I know what the appeal is.

I've hated COD since all my buds got hooked on it way back during the original MW2. Thats all anybody wanted to do, hangout and play that shit. One of them was good enough to get a nuke every game, was fun watching him play, but I cant be fucked to grind the hours to get that good at something that doesnt even pay off.

I hated it cuz I sucked ass at it. Only real incels were good and I was way too busy crushing puss. I would enjoy wearing the headset while my friends played and calling the person on the other end a nigger.

Because XP progression hits that dopamine center for the mouth breathers. Real progression used to be increasing your K/D ratio or kill count or wins. Or shooting more accurately or learning map control and spawn points and so on. Things that take months or years and actual effort.

Now you just mindlessly grind and gain XP even if you lose. And if you need more dopamine rushes you just gamble cosmetic lootboxes for $4.99 a spin. Where every video game now has its own slot machine mechanic built into it using real money just like a Vegas casino. But hey goyim it's in a video game so it doesn't count against gambling laws.
