The cult following for Lebowski is so fucking gay, BUT I think Fargo is the more popular movie, but I like Lebowski more. The only problem with it is how popular it is. If this many people like it, it can't be that good can it?
I don't think they ever topped Miller's Crossing. Very underrated. It's not terrible, but it's not even the Coen brothers best movie. Miller's Crossing watch pretty good.
Early 30s why?How old are you people? Not a neg, but Christ all mighty, ya'll making me feel ancient.
I saw TBL in the theater 3 or 4 times and bought it on VHS.
Then 9/11 happened and a bunch of my friends' younger brothers died in Iraq.

Ben Gazzara's in two of my faves, Lebowski and Roadhouse, and I haven't seen him in anything else. Roadhouse is another classic that people on the irony train ruined. It's a stupid movie, but you watch it like you're into it.The fanbase is gay as fuck but it's still my favorite Cohen film. So many quotable scenes and great characters/actors. Plus Ben Gazzara is in it.
Well, that's just, like, your opinion, man...It's not terrible, but it's not even the Coen brothers best movie. Miller's Crossing watch pretty good.
Watch Killing of a Chinese Bookie. He is the star. He was also in other Cassavetes movies and in Happiness.Ben Gazzara's in two of my faves, Lebowski and Roadhouse, and I haven't seen him in anything else.
