Kojima is probably the only well-known 'rockstar' video game designer (more due to tenure than writing skill), so he has a lot more clout than you'd expect. Death Stranding is like one of those Hollywood movies that nobody's watched but everyone knows and was showered with awards. It had a bunch of surprisingly big names in it.

Looks like it was a fake screenshot anyway but I will say I was blown away by Death Stranding as someone who was never big into Metal Gear Solid. Might be my favorite single player game of all time right now.
