He’s the farthest thing from a conservative or Republican, he just says he is because he thinks it can get him pundit work as a guest on CNN / MSNBC shows as the “conservative” that is a massive liberal and will agree with all the democrat taking points. He says he’s a conservative because he’s a “small business owner” (insurance sales? Selling his own books?) but is for every democrat idea.

Any time he writes that he is desperate for someone to ask him how that is. He knows that's the logical question, and he intentionally baits people into asking so he can go on some rant about how he's a "real" conservative and the Republican party isn't. It's a lot like a libertarian who explicitly identifies as liberal. The only difference is that the libertarian is maybe annoying, but at least historically correct in what being a liberal meant. Pat is just flat out twisting words and their meanings and being a retard.

Basically, he is a contrary cunt who has to argue and be contrary for the sake of it because he was emotionally neglected and probably either sexually and/or physically abused as a child. That's typically how this disorder manifests in adults.
