In case you guys haven’t been following Heeby Scheklestern’s career the last two years, heres an update from the top of my head. I seriously think he is less mentally stable than Anth + Opie combined.
So anyone following Stern knows the show has been shit since 2013. Arties chair was never filled, the fake bits were pumped up to 11, constant celebrities and Howard jerking himself off as a professional interviewer, etc. But somehow, these last 2 years have been the literal nail in the coffin.
Since March of 2020 when COVID hit, Howie has been doing the show from his mansion. Ok, not unusual. Robin did her part of the show from home for years due to her cancer diagnosis so it’s not new. In December 2020 Sirius XM resigned Howard for 100 million a year for 5 years. I think they legitimately thought the panic would be over in 2021 and things would go back to normal, and while it did, Howard only got worse.
It is now 2022. The man hasn’t been in studio for an interview since they got Springsteen to do a live set. Even when this happened he shut down the whole building and tested everyone within proximity of him. He recently had a huge blow up on the show (which i don’t have a link to, so just trust me) over the fact that Sirius XM resigned Andy Cohen (Gay faggot guy from Bravo?) and has been promoting the SHIT out of his radio show. Howard reverts back to his usual schtick when anyone else gets attention: “Who the fuck are you? I’m bigger than everybody. Promote me!” This lead Andy Cohen to either call in or blast Howard publically saying, Hey dude, Maybe Sirius promotes me because I COME INTO THE FUCKING STUDIO. (Not to mention, lets be honest. Howard is only a pull for middle aged women ((his main audience now)) because of the guests he has, not him. Moms fucking love Andy Cohen and would rather listen to his queer gossip than Blackface Dildomachine Howard.)
Genuinely, how is Stern so mentally ill? It is 2022. He lives in NYC, one of the most covid restrictive areas in the country. He is vaxxed. His wife is vaxxed. He doesn’t know immunocompromised people. He genuinely has to be delusional, have OCD, or some secret form of cancer to still be holed up in his house not even showing up to his 9 FIGURE JOB. Furthermore, how many people are STILL listening to Stern? You could argue the archive makes up a large portion of listeners, but this is bullshit when you consider they don’t have FULL archives and some are heavily edited to either cut Artie or non-PC Howard. What are the odds that Sirius even resigns Howard after 2025? I would say “The odds of paying him the same”, but lets be honest. They are GOING to lowball him next contract and offer him what he’s ACTUALLY worth. And Stern being delusional will think he’s worth more than that and not take it.
It almost makes me glad O&A ended the way it did. They were both retarded and true to themselves. Anthony got fired for being a self hating nigger and Opie got fired for taking a picture of a shitting fat man. It describes them both perfectly and speaking that around 2013-14 is when the show started getting REALLY bad and lazy it was the perfect time to bow out. Stern probably should have offed himself a decade ago.
