Did you watch Icarus? Its all about American/Russian doping. Theyre all doing it. The russians had an electrical outlet in the wall of the drug testing bathroom that they would pull out and swap their cup with clean samples. Shits been going on for yeeaaarrrs.

Even high school kids are using hardcore PEDs now. I would not doubt that some kids in middle school or even lower are getting doped up by their parents. Like all the rampant cheating in the Little League World Series that happens every single year yet the organizers just ignore everything.
