It took him over 60 years to discover this well know fact. Of course he thinks the filet mignon is the best cut of steak. What is with these idiots? Both pat and Joe think a filet is the high watermark of steak.

Pork tenderloin is the fillet steak of pork. Pork belly is more like skirt - a cheaper cut from the belly that, if cooked properly, is delicious.
