...that would include his Tor income, wouldn't it?
I was reading this post in the "I wanna see the courthouse movie" thread, and it mentions that for the staggering sum of $25 (who has that kind of money lying around?!?) Quasi can garnish Pat's income. Since Pat is a published author, that income comes from his publisher, Tor Books... and that would give us a fair insight into his book sales.
There's a slight hitch in that royalties are only paid out twice a year, so there'd be some lag in getting the data (and Quasi his $25 back). It would be worth hitting Amazon/Audible too, as Piggy was very proud of himself for holding on to the audiobook rights, and they probably pay out more frequently.
The other option is to go after his medical insurance business. There's a couple of posts on the old (mk 2 forum) that list his licence details and (I think) who he sold insurance for; that would give us an insight as to whether he really is a professional author or (like most of us suspect) a hobbyist.
Edit: You could try for Angry Robot as well, who publish his first three books but are British; and it would be worth sending a stern letter from your lawyer to his NY agent (whose name escapes me).
TL, DR: Quasi's win gives him some funny insight into how Piggy earns his treats.
