If you strip your characters of armor and clothing they'll fight in full nude with genitals swinging. And in the cut scenes they'll also be naked. You can only control the race/genitalia/appearance of your main character.
I forget if it's A or B penis. The unclipped one. (like me, lol)

I got it on PS5 and regret it. Great game but targeting shit sometimes can be frustrating. I miss attacks because I was centimeter off from the target.
