To add, you can really boil this down to autism, or some form of mental illness that's induced from spending far too much time indoors and only interacting with the world via a screen.

We see the same thing with NoFap, the redpill, any fad diet (vegan, keto, carnivore), and many other trends derived from the internet. Each of these teachings brings marginal benefit to the individual, or at best brings on a placebo effect, or an observation that they've only just noticed (women checking them out), and all of a sudden they've developed super saiyan powers.

Not to mention the cult-like retarded thinking that's based on no scientific evidence, e.g. retained semen seeping back into your veins (I've read that on the SR subreddit).

Anyone who's ever had a social life, and isn't a basement dwelling pussy who's too scared to talk to people, doesn't need to indulge with this "self-help" shit. If anything, it will turn you into an even bigger retard.

i don't go on reddit because almost any once life-positive sub is fully subverted by mods, bots and/or retards (as long as the topic is relatively popular). it is by design. i simply retain my semen intermittently and tell people of the benefits, whenever they ask me.
