The old guy was Vladimir Zhirinovsky. He was Jewish. As is the moderator, Vladimir Solovyov (one of Putin's inner circle), and I assume the younger dark-haired guy. Zhirinovsky was an angry, violent drunk with a history of these kinds of outbursts.
