I 100% appreciate the effort everyone is putting in to make it be revealed that he killed Bernell, including that TikTok video, but nobody so far has made anything that will reach people.
And I'm not judging them for that. I remember when I tried to get him in trouble for not wearing a mask in Hooligans -- there were multiple attempts by me in creating an easy to digest image that showcased his hypocrisy. When I finally got something that worked it was well worth it though, and people on reddit and 4chan got that bar and Patrick in trouble (even though it was the wrong bar lol).
Evidence like "his face was flushed" or "his body has a 30 degree angle just like the killer's" only works if you already know he's the killer. Otherwise people think you're reaching.
Him having the same bike as the killer, demonstrated in a video where's he manically showing off his gun skills, is the key piece of evidence that needs to be given the spotlight. Also him taking a creepshot of Bernell, proving that he knew him.
