Retard I work with can no longer afford his mortgage...3 months into ownership.

He didn't read his HOA agreement that makes it difficult for him to have a roommate. He's rented his last apartment and had his buddy from Virginia, of whom he moved here with, helping him afford his living. He's got 3 rotten children and a wife who was somehow a stripper even though she's a fat mess, but hey they're from Virginia I guess.

Anyway now his buddy needs to move, and will probably end up back in Virginia because it's expensive here compared to a few years ago.

So retard is now stuck paying a full mortgage on a place he bought for 1.5x it's worth because he bought in a seller's market. He definitely can't afford it and is currently losing his mind at work.
