Remember when the President would have a press conference every so often?

Trump actually had far fewer than the average, going back to Coolidge. Biden has had more than Reagan and Nixon.
All I know is that I saw Trump take way more questions from the media and other large groups compared to Biden. They may not have all been full fledged "press conferences" he still took more than Biden.

Yeah but to be fair Reagan wasn’t doing them because he was senile and Nixon wasn’t doing them because he was a paranoid ass afraid of the media. Trump had about 710 exchanges with reporters in office. This puts him in second place, behind Clintons 1000 exchanges over 8 years.

Nixon had a very good quote about how the President shouldn’t be on TV all the time because it cheapens the effect of having the President speak

But still Biden speaks so little its like he’s barely present. His decision to skip the Superbowl interview, no less during his own reelection, was egregious.

He did and he took far less than the average of any other president.
Why shouldn't he? All the media would do is cherry pick, take things out of context, play word games, or do anything else to shit all over him or make him look bad. They're lucky he gave them anything at all. Meanwhile they ask Obama or Biden about their favorite fucking ice cream. Gimme a break.
