Not “you will be found” or “before it’s too late”.
Just a vague threat that you could be found. Because he knows he has nothing and he’s just hoping that someone shows up to Milwaukee holding a sign saying “I’m a cyber stlaker making criminal threats and am qualified to be arrested”.
And even then, what does he have?
He files a criminal case and gets told “Yeah we can’t do anything if you’re actively responding to them. Stop responding and change your number” and then he’s at square one and either refuses and keeps it going or does what he should have done 3 years ago and changes his number.
