How was this chick found guilty of four counts of murder, for killing two people? I’m including the video because you can hear the judge read off the counts (or you can just read the transcript under the video).

It's not even about intention. It's about the speed. Things like DUI/DWI murder trigger at certain speeds because driving at 100mph while drink is beyond high risk and right into almost guaranteed death for someone. It's just some statute that the judge is following. She probably didn't want to kill everyone in the car but the laws on the books will say "100mph and drunk = DUI murder".

It seems like she was charged and found guilty of 2 counts of murder and also 2 counts of vehicular murder. You're not allowed to double dip, ex. someone convicted of murder can't be also be convicted of manslaughter for same action. It seems odd, but I'm not sure how they do things in Ohio. Maybe it's some sort of enhancement charge or the judge just read off all the jury considerations.

Its always hard for me to watch people be sentenced to many years in prison, even if they did something heinous. I’ve driven drunk scores of times as a young retard and feel it could’ve happened to me whenever I watch these.

(Patrick would be an obvious exception)
