Go to be this place for me. Rebuilt after the 1666 great fire of London and feels like you are walking onto the set of a Charles Dickens adaptation. Which considering he drank there himself makes sense. No natural light weird rooms that make zero sense, low ceilings on steep stairs, a dead stuffed parrot. What's not to like?

that said- my favorite drinking spot would be my apartment, alone, and not annoyed by other people
