I sat on an interview panel at work last week and one of the applicants had that same look on his face when he came in. As soon as he left all everyone could talk about was his face especially his eyes and how he would probably shoot up the place if something went wrong. One woman actually said she wouldn't feel safe working with him and she supervises the second chance program which is basically a work release program for kids getting out of jail so they can get job experience and work history before being released on the streets.
