I think a picture of you being used in a video criticizing you is fair use. Or else Trump and Biden could have half the videos posted on YouTube in 2020 taken down.

They don't take it down immediately upon receiving a privacy complaint. They give you 48 hours to "remove the offending content", then do a manual review. This is how he got the josiah tapes removed (which can be found here btw: [URL]https://apostlegate.net/josiah-tapes/[/URL]). He probably won't be successful this time however since this is just a video of JDA talking and doesnt have any audio or personal pics of Patrick. Also he's an idiot who flags the entire video instead of the few seconds where a reviewer who is asleep at the wheel might remove it.
