Mr. Tomlinson has just threatened Leslie Varney, a female publisher whom he has been attacking on Twitter from behind a block for more than a year, to be sued into poverty with a lawsuit that will presumably be funded by the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America.
- Mr. Tomlinson's 2021 lawsuit was funded in secret by the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America, a 501(c)(3) charity, to the tune of $100,000 without the knowledge or consent of their donors or members. They also agreed to pay any sanctions in case he lost (which he did).
- All parties involved signed NDAs so that the general public would never know.
- To this day, SFWA has never acknowledged its funding of the lawsuit, and actively instructs the few people in the know to ignore all inquiries into it.
- Is the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America funding Mr. Tomlinson's lawsuit against the Milwaukee Police? If they are, the general public probably wouldn't know due to their history of funding expensive lawsuits in secret.
- You can use IRS form 3949-A to report SFWA's activity if you reasonably believe that it is illegal for a 501(c)(3) charity to secretly fund frivolous nuisance lawsuits for one of its members.
- Mr. Tomlinson's feud started after members of the now-defunct Reddit site r/opieandanthony got his Twitter account suspended, causing him to threaten some bored trolls who never heard of him with a libel lawsuit. The trolls responded predictably.
- Mr. Tomlinson has been instructed many times by friends, family, police, and attorneys to stop engaging with his trolls, and that continuing to provoke them will cause him to be trolled even more. Mr. Tomlinson wilfully ignores this advice
- He would eventually file a defamation suit against 60 anonymous people which was dismissed with Mr. Tomlinson being ordered to pay $34,762.25 for opposing parties' attorney fees.
- Early on in the lawsuit, Mr. Tomlinson vandalized his own motorcycle and submitted a false police report blaming the people he was suing.
- On 13 April 2023, the individual responsible for calling the fake emergences (SWATs) to Mr. Tomlinson's house, a SWAT-for-hire dealer named "Torswats", revealed that Mr. Tomlinson ordered the SWATs to his own house because he wanted to get in the news and sue the MPD for money.

The let’s go Brandon shirts / stickers stuff is almost a year old but since Pat doesn’t have friends and barely leaves the house (he seems to go to bars in the afternoon and not busy hours) it’s new to him. If he actually had to drive to a job instead of the same bar down the street he would have seen trucks with Let’s Go Brandon / FJB stickers for months. He drives so little (only to the bar, not even a gym anymore) I bet he only fills up once a month which is why he thinks Americans should “shut the fuck up” about gas prices because he doesn’t leave the house so gas prices don’t matter and he doesn’t understand why people are upset.

Even the bachelor party thing doesn’t make sense. It’s more girls that get shirts made for bachelorette parties. I know if any of my friends said we had to wear special matching shirts for a bachelor party we’d all laugh and call him a faggot. Pat probably saw someone wearing it and sat in silence while he came up with fake scenarios in his head of confronting them in person and making fun of them to which they just let happen because not even in his lies does anyone DARE to fuck him up.
