Hope you got to have some uh... Holiday cheer... Amidst all the... Bad... Stuff... Um, listen Patrick, if you recall, we had a hearing with Judge Ashley scheduled for January back in September. I know I said that the case was... Done... If the subpoena got quashed in Cali... But the hearing was still scheduled here in Milwaukee for January. I, uh... I called your... Manager at Target? A few times? This week? And, uh... Your schedule is all over the place, it's no big deal, but I wasn't sure if you wanted Nicole and I to show up on your behalf at the January hearing... Which was this morning. We did it anyway, and Judge Ashley said... Well... It's not really worth repeating, what he said, but we prepared a really strong brief that we were sure would sway him but things just didn't work out. Y'know how it is, Patrick. What I'm getting at is that, y'know, obviously, we gotta make a living too, and so I invoiced you a bill for about $2,500. Billable hours and whatnot.
