I don't think he's delusional (not totally), I think he is one of those tools that believes that perception on social media is reality. Also, neither do even the people he's trying to convince. He get 1-2 likes anytime he's not tweeting "Republicans bad", his followers aren't there for him, they only follow him to retweet shit about the other side of the aisle, things that they weren't smart enough to think of, and Pat usually stole without giving credit. They ignore anything else on his timeline, he's trying to control a narrative that only he and other Twitter vultures like Paul and Schill even notice.
