Let me start by saying she's not good looking. However, she's not a complete monster like Liz Clarke, not yet. I think living with Rick has probably got her self-esteem to non-existent levels. If she put on some actual feminine clothes (no leggings and hoodie), bathed, fixed her hair and makeup, took off the dumb sunglasses and genuinely smiled she might get to a 4-4.5, though she is a little chunky that's not a deal-breaker to me.
But I think she just has such a low opinion of herself after living with Rick for a few years that instead of even trying anymore she make these dumb faces like soyboys do. It's for the same reasons. Soyboys know they're not manly enough so they make those dumb open mouth faces and shit to try and cover it up. She knows she's not pretty and she let herself go because of Pattycakes. She just doesn't yet have the motivation to do anything about it.
