"The Time Machine Did It" by John Swartzwelder.

The first M*A*S*H book is funny. A lot like the early TV series before it became a weepy and anti-war. The guy who wrote the book ended up hating the TV show.

I'm actually reading that right now and it is funny for sure. I'm actually looking for a book for the dude that bought that one for me. I did land on Greyhound Diary by James Inman but am looking for another one too since that one is so tiny
