Classic flick that I always considered a fever dream from when I was a kid. Ray Stanz plays instead of a mad scientist a homicidal tinpot dictator small town judge (bizarrely reminiscent of some long cross country my old once told me) and John Candy (??) is his lieutenant cop for some reason. The fucking awful 70’s era Saturday Night Live host is in it also and for an actually stranger reason Demi Moore? More like can I get more cleavage shots? Enjoy
